Suggested Usage:
Use 0.7kg of seasoning per 8.3 kg of meat and 1 kg of cold water to produce a 10 kg batch.
Add 500g of mozzarella cheese for the full Pizzarette experience.

Curing salt is packed separately inside! This allows you to use the exact amount required for your batch size.

Directions:

  1. Combine meat and seasoning mix thoroughly.

  2. Add cold water gradually while mixing to achieve the desired consistency.

  3. Mix until protein extraction is complete, then incorporate mozzarella cheese evenly.

  4. Stuff into desired snackstick casings.

  5. Chill thoroughly before smoking or cooking according to your preferred method.

Ingredients: Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Tomato Powder, Sugars (Dextrose), Spices, Garlic, Onion, Dehydrated Red Bell Peppers, Sodium Phosphate, Herbs, Dehydrated Green Bell Peppers, Spice Extracts, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Bicarbonate (pH-adjusting), Propylene Glycol (humectant).
