At JB's Sausage Maker Supplies, we stand by the quality of our equipment and seasonings; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and include all components. Perishable seasonings and casings must be unopened for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
